  • Orders must be paid in full before processing. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India only.

  • Orders are typically processed within 6–8 working days, and delivery takes an additional 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delays during holidays or peak seasons are possible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Since all products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence in case of damage or error.

  • Order cancellations are accepted only if the item has not gone into production.
